After sending out our brand new point of sale material, which included Protection Pete’s powerful poster and brochure, the response has been overwhelming! Both were designed to prompt the prospective tenant to ask, ‘Who (what) is that?”, which would then lead the manager into explaining our premium protection plan. It’s worked beautifully and has made the manager’s job a little easier. Pete has been a huge hit!
We spent the time and money to create point of sale material that would be dynamic and could provide two calls to action. First at the counter and second when prospective tenants went home with all the material they had gathered while out “shopping” for a storage unit. When laid out, ours would be the most dominant, possibly helping them decide on your facility!
Protection Pete is here to fight the misleading and confusing information and occasional outright lies that some of the most notorious tenant insurance providers are hawking. In fact, some tenant insurance providers are actually calling their same tired tenant “insurance” products ‘Customer Protection Plans”. Pete exposed the sham and will continue his fight in getting the truth out!
